Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday. Your order will be filled in 1-2  business days and sent out for delivery. We typically ship "Expedited" but if you require the product faster, please email us at info@colorare.com and request faster shipping.  There will be an additional charge for further decreasing the shipping time. 

Carriers

We use all major carriers to provide best and fastest service, including UPS, Canpar, Puralotor, Fedex, Canada Post and USPS.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

IN CANADA: Free shipping on orders over $99 CDN, under $99 CDN a maximum shipping fee of $14.95 CDN will be applied.

IN THE USA: Free shipping on orders over $99 USD, under $99 USD a maximum shipping fee of $14.95 USD will be applied. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  We ship worldwide. Please email us for a shipping quote at info@terrachrom.com  

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Where do we ship?

We ship anywhere in Canada and the USA and most locations worldwide. Please contact info@tarrachrom.com for specific location requests outside North America.

Damage Claims

If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and email us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim. All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment. Save damaged merchandise and packing materials until claim is settled.

Discrepancies

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Customers have 5 days from delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped.

Back Orders

Our company is committed to keeping an adequate supply of the products sold on its website. However, should a product be out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. In case that we are out of stock on all or part of your order we will notify you and let you know how long it will take approximately to fill the entire order. At that point you can let us know how you want us to proceed with your order.
